Hello, Patriot!

Please see my attached rundown of 108 bills relevant to Texas Election Procedures that TBTX either supports, opposes, helped write or are still deciding on.

Please feel free to research these bills, here is how:

Go here: https://capitol.texas.gov/BillLookup/BillNumber.aspx

Type in the bill:
either SB (Senate Bill), HB (House Bill) or sometimes you'll see Resolutions like HJR (House Joint Resolution) + number.

Click on the "Text" Tab - next to "History" which the page should already be on.

Click the middle option that looks like a sheet of paper. Click the lowest option, that will be the latest version. Top option is the original.
Witness lists are provided to the right of the bill text if anyone spoke for or against any bills.

Language underlined in the bill is NEW language, being added to the Law if it passes out of committees and a floor vote. Language struck through is being REMOVED from existing law if the bill passes. Bill language is subject to change.

Thank you

Am I really about to pay $80 to intervene in a case over records I've been denied?

Yeah. Fuck yeah I am.

How have I lost 4 Twitters (minimum) but Merissa Hansen has 81k subs and a blue check?

I don't have any issue w her, just wondering how she survived the mass purging of conservative content creators.
I successfully filed a Petition of Intervention late last night and will be on zoom with the case out of Travis County.

This is the VERY IMPORTANT lawsuit that Tarrant filed against Ken Paxton over mine and other's PIA requests for access to election records. I had asked for tapes from the first 2022 public machine testing. Public. And they won't let me examine them.

This is one of around 5 cases, maybe more counties have duplicated this model by now, where counties sue the AG over his recent opinion on public access to anonymous election records. These counties claim his opinion is wrong, that he is contradicting past AG opinions on this subject, including his own past opinions, though I haven't been provided with these alleged previously issued opinions which prevent access to records.

We will see today.

Very important that we get a favorable ruling, which is why I intervened. If we are ruled against, you'll never see a real audit of election records again.

Sweet, I'm the star of the thumbnail! #fame ๐ŸŒŸ
Sorry, the hearing was public while live but not available rn
Same, Ivory, any female who pushes against the narrative will get all kinds of resistance. Include being slut shamed for being fully and appropriately clothed.

Happens from both the left and the right establishment. Just remember that the Left can't meme so this is what they do instead.

I feel the need to stop what I am doing and say Rest in Peace to Mr. Alan Vera.

I didn't always agree with him on details, but he was working towards understanding the grassroots work and contributing to it.

For him to pass away while helping advocate for election reform means a lot to me. My report on Harris County Primaries was based in large part on what Alan told me directly.

Rest in Peace, we will take Harris County back soon.

It's been a crazy week in Texas Politics and Metal.

So I intervened in the case filed from my county against AG Paxton for access to election records that I had requested.
I asked County for testing tapes from the machines.-
County wanted to deny me. Need AG to back them up for a Public Information Act request denial. -
AG told County to give me the records. -
County sues AG and cites one of my requests. -
I am now party to this battle between Tarrant County and AG Paxton. -
I filed my Petition for Intervention pro se. Taught myself. Unsure if I did it right. -
Spoke to the Judge. -

Now we wait.

This is why God put this in my video feed.

This is when they hired Heider. It was last-minute and kind of rushed.
