Please call Representative Justin Holland's office at 512-463-0484 and request a committee vote supporting HB1984 to stop red flag laws from being allowed in Texas.

This was supposed to be voted on last night and two Republicans were not there for the vote. It is critical that you call his office immediately.

The ballot board counts mail ins. They can legally convene once before election day to begin to process mail in ballots. They can only convene for the one day, after that they cannot resume counting until election day.

The Mail In ballot totals can be open records requested from the elections office and cumulative reports by precinct and county usually show in-person EV and election day totals.

To address Mike Brewster's point made in opposition to my very existence (he doesn't like me bc other ppl have had beef w me, and he is a liar) like everything he does:

The ballots are counted. The results are not counted by race. But the totals of BALLOTS returned will be recorded when the ballot board convenes on their one day prior to election day.

I wish people would get over themselves and stop creating more confusion where there doesn't need to be any.

I'm the reason Heider began printing the ev result tapes and if anyone wants real inside baseball then they'll come to field and play ball like real men.

But if people want to stumble around blindly, do triple the amount of work out of pride and play catch up, no problem. I'm out of that drama.

There are different machine programs for early voting/ mail in/ election day. Also test mode. Maybe figure out how to differentiate the programs so you can tell which CVR files are which.

There's a reason I don't focus on the CVRs. Like trying to walk thru sludge when there's a clear path we could be walking.
