VERY IMPORTANT LEGAL CASE 🚨

My work has been named in a lawsuit filed against Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton in a case related to Public Information Act requests for election records. The machine fights to preserve itself, maybe necessarily so.

So far it looks like potential challengers for Trump are DeSantis and Scott. Both strong conservatives, DeSantis is probably stronger but Scott is someone who can unify people ready to walk away from both parties.

What do yall think of these two men who may challenge Trump for the nom?

This letter is against HB 3159 – which will allow an electronic mail-ballot system for voters to print and submit the ballots in Texas. This voting method would invite much more illegal voting and election fraud. It would increase the level of difficulty for any audit and investigation.
 
Issues have been revealed in SOS audit report on Nov/2020 election on mail-in ballots:
 
1.       The Audit Report page 8, Dallas County showed 78,147 mail-in ballots were counted, however, 61,533 voters were sent with mail ballots per the county’s List of Voter Sent Mail Ballots. 16,614 extra ballots were legit?
2.       The Audit Report Pages 211-212 showed 206,020 mail-in ballots were sent to voters in Harris county. 179,174 mail-in ballots were accepted and counted. 45,225 voters surrendered their mail-in ballots and vote in person. The total number of mail-in ballots was at least 224,339, compared to 206,020 mail-in ballots sent to the voters, 18,379 extra mail-in ballots were legit?
We have not got the answers for above issues yet. Now an electronic online submission system for absentee ballots? If the bill gets passed, we are over.
I respectfully ask you to kill this terrible bill for protecting our election.

Thanks to Representative Steve Toth, we have a bill, HB5234, that would return elections back to the citizens, taking control out of the hands of the corporations who currently control every aspect of our elections. While putting safeguards in place to ensure that our elections are conducted with accuracy, transparency and accountability, HB5234 needs to be heard by the House Elections Committee by April 20th so that we can get this bill to the House floor for a vote. To date, none of the election bills scheduled for committee hearings address the elephants in the room: the machines and the election system vendors!! The machines must go! The outsourcing of our elections must go!!!

Secure hand marked paper ballots

Strong chain of custody measures

Precinct only voting

A separate message will go to Governor Greg Abbott emphasizing the importance of addressing our elections fully in this session. It can not be put off any longer. He needs to make sure that there is a public committee hearing on HB5234. Please be sure that you cycle through and send both messages, one to your Representative, and one to the Governor. You can then call and tweet them by selecting the phone or bird icon. Do all 3 steps. Use your power!



3.. We have partnered with ACT FOR AMERICA to multiply our efforts even more in getting this bill heard before April 20th.
