The SOS, in every state I've encountered, is the Chief Election Official.
Your SOS is a voting member on the board of ERIC.
Our SOS keeps changing/ disappearing. Does that mean Ingram fills in? Since he is the Shadow Man running our state elections?
Is Ingram a voting member on the board of ERIC? Will that make it difficult to withdraw from the program?
