TLDR: Sinaloa Cartel racketeering using falsified land docs & mortgages and deeds to launder cartel drug money and bribe public officials to throw elections. Maricopa election system with built-in back doors to change election results. Alleges Hobbs, Fontes, Superior Court Judges, AZ State Leg and other Executive branch officials bribed and blackmailed. Claims Fontes threw the race to Richer to ensure Cartel drug and human trafficking system would be unobstructed. 3.5yr investigation reviewing over 120k documents. Report provided to Ducey in May of 2022. Ken Bennett (former SoS and current State Senator) got pretty triggered by the testimony.

The SOS, in every state I've encountered, is the Chief Election Official.
Your SOS is a voting member on the board of ERIC.
Our SOS keeps changing/ disappearing. Does that mean Ingram fills in? Since he is the Shadow Man running our state elections?
Is Ingram a voting member on the board of ERIC? Will that make it difficult to withdraw from the program?
