If we cut $150k of Tarrant County Administrator G.K. Maenius' $300k+ salary I think we can get Tarrant County Commissioner's Court to approve the creation of an Elections Investigation Division within the Sheriff's department with 3 full time employees at $50k/yr.

โฌ†๏ธโฌ†๏ธโฌ†๏ธ I've shared this several times, but this is the form that the SOS and County Clerks can use to officially investigate potentially unlawful registrations.
Love the talk about section 230 of the CDA on Lindell TV rn!

Bullshit verdict for the Oath Keepers, Garland is trash and the feds knew the whole time and likely egged on any sentiments towards an overthrow.

If your county is looking to draft or renew a contract with the voting machine companies, be sure to demand the County add this little paragraph into the contract:

โ€œNo aspect of our Elections shall be protected from public scrutiny. All proposed upgrades to contracted voting systems shall be presented to the County Election Commission and Board with public hearings for debate over adoption of proposed upgrades. The County does reserve the right to cancel this contract within one year if HART/ ES&S systems or processes effectively eliminate the Countyโ€™s ability to conduct a full forensic audit of the results and software used to administer the election. This cancellation will include a full refund of the entire purchase order and will require [HART/ ES&S] to arrange for the retrieval of their equipment within thirty days of the cancellation notice being received.โ€

Regarding the contract provision:

It is a way to get out of the contract and not be stuck with the machines after the county contracts with them, which will happen regardless of how we feel right now. What people aren't understanding is that we need to have a reason to get rid of them after we spend so much money on them. I've documented some issues being facilitated by the machines. But this is for the counties who do not have unanimous consent about going back to paper yet.

We did this for Jefferson County originally.

You have to have other options when you don't get what you want the moment you demand it.

A ground level look as Texas slowly turns blue, and how it is being done at the lowest level possible, the precinct.

The work of Taking Back Texas (takingbacktexas.org) shines a light on Tarrant County, Texas, and the shortcuts, violations of law, and lack of transparency for voters to have confidence in elections.

Note that the lack of sequential numbering of ballots began in 2018 - the year Tarrant flipped for U.S. Senate, and two years before it flipped at the Presidential level for the first time since 1964.

Critical work for those seeking to understand and apply to their own counties.
