Dallas County EA Michael Scarpello will be issuing a "Rumor Control" statement on the Dallas County Elections website at around 1pm. This statement will pertain to the poll pad total check-ins jumping wildly in number after the close of polls.

He relayed that the statement would speak for itself and is unwilling to further discuss the issue if we have additional questions or concerns.
