Heider asked for and was granted the ability to create a position just for Open Records Requests recently and I think it's a good use of taxpayer dollars.

Troy has just sent me all of the records I asked for to run my experiment and it was faster than I thought! Not sure if this is the first round of results from the dedicated PIA team but it was very quick.
