43.007 is the law that has authorized voting out of precinct. This ruins the auditable paper trail. In this letter I have added citation to show the affect that this program has had on our county's ability to administer secure elections.

The final provision in 43.007, provision (j) details that the SOS must report to the Legislature all complaints about the CWPPP in a certain time frame. The next report will be delivered on January 1st, 2023.

Please send this in and demand it be included in the report.

Heider, I'm not sure it's your doing but do you know why DA Wilson has escalated my request for the Tarrant CVRs to the AG after the recent ruling? CVRs are anonymous voting records that must be preserved, right?

Help me understand. You know I'm very slow on these things.

Tarrant County does some things right at least.

They lawfully acknowledged my request and informed me that they were seeking an AG ruling to deny me the records. This is generally proper.

If it wasn't for that darn ruling Paxton literally just released covering this exact item, which was clear as day and could not be misunderstood. Not that they read it.

The pressure to understand and secure elections is a lot to handle, and the personal drama that comes along with traversing uncharted waters can doom an entire fleet.

Texas Penal Code 33.07 (b) A person commits an offense if the person sends an electronic mail, instant message, text message, or similar communication that references a name, domain address, phone number, or other item of identifying information belonging to any person:
(1) without obtaining the other person's consent;
(2) with the intent to cause a recipient of the communication to reasonably believe that the other person authorized or transmitted the communication; and
(3) with the intent to harm or defraud any person.
(c) An offense under Subsection (a) is a felony of the third degree.
An offense under Subsection (b) is a Class A misdemeanor, except that the offense is a felony of the third degree if the actor commits the offense with the intent to solicit a response by emergency personnel.
(d) If conduct that constitutes an offense under this section also constitutes an offense under any other law, the actor may be prosecuted under this section, the other law, or both.

We should all be on our best behavior while working towards a more secure election process.

I had intended to assign people to their respective county leaders but the movement is split, most groups struggle with the need for control and I'm going to be recalibrating.

Need Texas volunteers who will attend online meetings and organize with one another and who can work together despite minor disagreements. From there we can see who will rise to the position of leader of their county, and there can me MULTIPLE county-level leaders.

Being a co-chair or co-captain is an opportunity that should be valued, and you should honor your co-chair/captain. You can share the work and double check one another for accuracy, forming a solid county-level front.

I am just the TBTX rep. I'm in Tarrant but I have multiple independent people helping hammer this out for our county. I am not the leader. We have a few good men who we look to for guidance, but we are the ground troops.
