But trained poll watchers can take our work to the Sheriffs for immediate referrals for Criminal Prosecution if we know they'll do it.

Thats what my next training will cover. Working on the items Sheriffs can immediately address.

Texas Law caps them from charging more than $50 per request. I'll attach the document I use in my training "The A.R.T. of Poll Watching" and verbiage we use to submit the request.

"Hello, my name is [Your Name], I am a voter in [Your County], Texas and I would like to submit an open records request pursuant to the Public Information Act.
Please send me the [Your Desired Records for a Specific Election Cycle, Include Dates and Early Voting and Election Day Data Specifically]

Pursuant to Texas Election Code 1.012(e) I expect to pay no more than $50 for this set of Public Election Records.

Thank you!"

This is an example of broken chain of custody, these ditto marks were used in place of a signature.

You can tell they were pre-filled in, as when a new Judge took over to process these ballots, she signed her name over existing marks.

I know we all remember how the movement has been split multiple times. It is damaging to all of us and to the nation. Disagreements are fine. Targeted harassment, mocking, abuse, threats and lies are not fine.

If someone leads with drama, or follows up with it, they are not focused on the evidence or solution. If they have nothing to add themselves, other than drama, then they are likely one of the issues in the movement.

Calling out those doing the Splitting is not an attack. It's a response to a call.

Broken Chain of Custody is a big deal. Nothing can be proven definitely without a complete and accurate COC.

Duplicate State Registrations seem to be a nationwide Pandemic for States using ERIC.

- Replace all Red Text with your info and facts

- Have Declaration Notarized

- Retain Original, make copies

- Deliver to County Elections Admin

- Ask for names of County Legal

- If you get them, deliver copies to each of them as well

- If you dont get them, make new Declaration/ Affidavit that the official refused to even provide names of County Staff handling records and denying you access

The next round will be similar but even meaner, if they don't respond then let me know bc we can get nasty if they want.
