Sec. 31.003. UNIFORMITY. The secretary of state shall obtain and maintain uniformity in the application, operation, and interpretation of this code and of the election laws outside this code. In performing this duty, the secretary shall prepare detailed and comprehensive written directives and instructions relating to and based on this code and the election laws outside this code. The secretary shall distribute these materials to the appropriate state and local authorities having duties in the administration of these laws.

Sec. 31.004. ASSISTANCE AND ADVICE. (a) The secretary of state shall assist and advise all election authorities with regard to the application, operation, and interpretation of this code and of the election laws outside this code.
(b) The secretary shall maintain an informational service for answering inquiries of election authorities relating to the administration of the election laws or the performance of their duties.

I'm starting to make the connection...

People are losing steam in the election integrity movement because we haven't had many wins.

We haven't had many wins because the movement as a whole is focused on headline items and not the details of violations of State Law, where we could actually win.

So I'm beginning to feel like the movement is not long for this earth, because it has become less about winning but instead about sensationalism and campaigns which are also not focused on the violations of Law.

Some campaigns have pledged to address issues. But politicians are politicians and they still need an educated population to guide them to action related to real issues that need to be addressed.

So I've got all this info that will only be relevant to anyone wanting to file Writs and confront local and state entities about their willingness to violate State Law, Federal Law, and both constitutions.

None of that is anything anyone will campaign on, but its something they need to do.

I'm not financially stable yet after a divorce and through a custody battle. I'd do all of this myself if I had the funds. But idk if thats what this movement is about anymore.

Omg. I just realized. God wants me to learn how to be positive in very harsh times.
