Election Judges even on OUR side are doing a terrible job. I thought this was too mean, so I didn't post it.

A glitch. The kind that would have both selections on the duo/express vote equate to the same value (selection) despite the action button's label. Poor calibration, maybe deliberately so. A power surge may cause the glitch in assigned values.
It could come from the controller for the HART duos, inside express vote for es&s.

We had enough of this thru the Q movement. Q gave more info and Q never even said anything, literally, we did all the work.
If we can't figure this out based on what is available, then something is too opaque. File charges on the ones you've got on film, it's been long enough and SURELY you didn't go public before you vetted the footage and data.
