He has had over 20 years experience solving engineering and mathematical problems with digital methods. He also taught a variety of core engineering and math courses at a Local Texas University for 10 years. As an engineer he developed products for a broad range of applications in the Consumer Products, Commercial Telecom and Defense Electronics Industries. Dr. Bernardin is the author of several research papers and books concerning numerical computation for engineering and scientific applications.

Why you keep the pressure on. From an informant in WI:

“Wisconsin Legislative Audit Bureau discovers rampant missing information on absentee ballots envelopes. 6.95% of ballot envelopes they reviewed were missing some witness information. Represents tens of thousands of ballots

This review failed to even examine ballot curing, another major problem of not following the law. I personally reviewed 1,000 absentee ballot envelopes in City of Green Bay and found a 4.5% cured ballot rate. In other words, they were missing info and someone filled it in.
LAB found that WEC’s administrative rules for training municipal clerks have not been updated since June 2016 and contain outdated provisions.

Statutes do not permit or prohibit ballot drop boxes.
In March 2020, WEC’s staff issued written guidance indicating that municipal clerks can allow individuals to return absentee ballots to drop boxes” in violation of state law.

The Legislative Audit Bureau was denied access to the Ballots and envelopes by the City if Madison Clerk.

Because of the damning LAB report the Senator Devin LeMahieu announced the Senate will being their own review into the 2020 election.”
