Hello, based on the committee's most recent hearing, during which questions on inaccuracies in ballot styles were not allowed by the Chairman, I believe you need to be reminded that the People are fully aware of the atrocious conduct of the Harris County EA, authorized by the Secretary of State's office (Keith Ingram) and accepted by Legislature.

Certain committee members did a great job pointing out the unlawful processes in the 2022 primaries, but those who lacked concern, or blocked pertinent information from being discussed almost certainly face a censure from their respective districts. Especially those proposing to make legal what is currently unlawfully authorized by Keith Ingram at the Secretary of State's office.


Obfuscation of our records and broken Chain of Custody shall not be tolerated by the Legislature. The Texas Legislature shall defend it's own authority in determining our Election Codes, shall add due penalties for violations thereof, shall NOT jeopardize Poll Watchers who are documenting the issues, but shall place priority over investigating fraud, abuse and maladministration at the count and state level. 


The voters are not interested in prosecution of individual cases of fraud by one voter, we are interested in how these voters are allowed to cast a ballot, have their vote counted, and why the Legislature has been negligent in taking preventative action on these issues. 


The voters are aware that once an unlawful ballot is cast, we cannot retrieve it, and the damage is already done. We are not interested in reporting cases we find once the damage is done. We demand an immediate return to following Texas Election Codes which adhere to Article 6 of the Texas Constitution.


We demand that Texas Election codes which weaken our ability to audit our county results be immediately abolished, and that Chapter 128 of the Texas Election Code be immediately amended to clarify that neither Keith Ingram, nor any Secretary of State appointee or employee, has the authority to advise any official to, or how to, violate or circumvent Texas Election Codes drafted, debated and passed by our State Legislature, as constitutionally ordained by the National Constitution.

So Buker, who's campaign failed due to his own laziness and association with people committing election fraud/making terrorist threats, is working with Lulu.

I didn't scoop Buker in. He and I were friends until I exposed the one funding his campaign as having committed election fraud and making terroristic threats to my County.

And I set that meeting up. She got invited by Kellye last minute bc Kellye thought she might be useful due to her platform that was given to her.

Interesting to know Buker is aligned with Lulu now, after I did everything I could for his campaign.

Jeff Marshall helped fund Buker's campaign, then they both failed bc Marshall lived in Johnson County and ran for Tarrant County GOP Chair while also making veiled threats against my County and campaigning on my work.

Buker saw him as more valuable than me (bc $$) and he began talking trash about me bc he thought I was the one hurting Marshall's campaign, when there were several groups of patriot PCs who also didn't like Marshall and what he was doing in our County, where he has never paid property tax.

I have identified at least 74 *MAJOR* mule rings based on the findings from 2000 Mules, corroborated with the national map of "excess votes" I released last summer.

My definitions are based on continuous counties, generally flowing from a "red" county or counties, that make up at least 20,000 excess Biden votes.

I have given each a name, listed on the left hand margin. I will be compiling a SubStack with much more detailed findings.

Sec. 66.051. DISTRIBUTION OF ELECTION RECORDS. (a) The presiding judge shall deliver envelope no. 1 in person to the presiding officer of the local canvassing authority. If the presiding officer of the local canvassing authority is unavailable, the envelope shall be delivered to the general custodian of election records who shall then deliver it to the local canvassing authority before the time set for convening the local canvass.
(b) The presiding judge shall deliver envelope no. 2, ballot box no. 3, and ballot box no. 4 and its key in person to the general custodian of election records.
(c) The presiding judge shall retain envelope no. 3.
(d) The presiding judge shall deliver envelope no. 4 in person to the voter registrar. If the voter registrar is unavailable, the envelope shall be delivered to the general custodian of election records, who shall deliver it to the voter registrar on the next regular business day.



Since when are Ballot Boxes or Rally Sites considered "the general custodian" of Election Records?

Criminalize breaking chain of custody thru the unlawful authorization of violation/circumvention of Texas Election Codes.

Establish an enforcement mechanism and MAKE IT SOMEONE'S JOB as I stated in my above video.

Sec. 66.054. FAILURE TO DELIVER ELECTION RETURNS AND VOTED BALLOTS. (a) An election officer responsible for delivering precinct election returns or voted ballots commits an offense if the officer:
(1) fails to make the delivery to the appropriate authority;
(2) fails to make the delivery by the deadline prescribed by Section 66.053(c); or
(3) fails to prevent another person from handling in an unauthorized manner the returns or voted ballots that the officer is responsible for delivering while they are in the officer's custody.
(b) If the officer is an election clerk, it is an exception to the application of Subsection (a)(2) that the election clerk did not receive the returns from the presiding judge in time to permit a timely delivery.
(c) An offense under this section is a Class B misdemeanor.
