This is the work of Taking Back Texas, a grassroots organization taking the election fight to the local level, including training of poll watchers and instruction in election procedure/law.

It lays out why our election in Texas are basically not auditable when election officials take shortcuts and bend the rules, allowing machines to apply special coding to ballots rather than following STATE LAW requiring sequential numbering of ballots.

Without sequential numbering, there is no way for a voter to be attached to a ballot and verify selections in the event of a check or audit. There is also no way to prevent insertion of imaginary (phantom) ballots in the sequencing since the results can not be audited or traced to a numbering system.

This is key to the issues in Tarrant County (HEIDER GARCIA).

Heider, that log of ballot numbers that was accidentally printed by a poorly trained judge is proof that the ballots are being tracked.

The first voter checked in got ballot number 23-00000302 and so on.

Now let's say that its "dynamic" and is assigned a number from a central brain which is loading them per check-in from across the county.

Then the central brain has that connection to the poll books.

I'm just saying. Something got real messed up here and the only solution is to follow the Law.
