Arlington, TX Planning Dept. OUTRIGHT DENYING us the use of a "DB" zoned EMPTY LOT for a Farmers Market, citing the UDC, which states clearly that Farmers Markets ARE authorized under the UDC for "RMU" and "DB" zoned areas.

Sanjay was VERY rude.

I sometimes record interactions with local officials, when there may be a need. This one was so I could go back and cite all the codes and zoning permits we might need. Glad I turned it on.
