Imagine using a Base 16 Numbering system to number your county's ballots, and telling yourself it's Lawful.

There is a “Workshop” scheduled for the 26th of April to discuss election related issues. There has not been a written announcement of it as yet, but it has been mentioned in open in Commissioners Court meetings. I have called and asked for definitive information, and have not received the return call that I was promised. I do want to start ensuring that people are aware of the event with as much notice as I can provide.

As near as I can tell it will be held at 2 pm in the Family Courts Building, 200 East Weatherford, Fort Worth, Texas 76196 I will post more as I can get it and would ask that you also watch the Tarrant County Commissioners agenda as well.

Actually admin@tarrantcounty.com is where Whitley told us to send the questions but just CC them all.

Working on this technique tonight. And it was the propositions that caused the 2 page ballots actually. Also, the R ballot boxes were filling up faster due to that issue.

Sec. 31.005. PROTECTION OF VOTING RIGHTS; ENFORCEMENT. (a) The secretary of state may take appropriate action to protect the voting rights of the citizens of this state from abuse by the authorities administering the state's electoral processes.
(b) The secretary of state may order a person performing official functions in the administration of any part of the electoral processes to correct offending conduct if the secretary determines that the person is exercising the powers vested in that person in a manner that:
(1) impedes the free exercise of a citizen's voting rights; or
(2) unless acting under an order of a court of competent jurisdiction, delays or cancels an election that the person does not have specific statutory authority to delay or cancel.
(c) If a person described by Subsection (b) fails to comply with an order from the secretary of state under this section, the secretary may seek enforcement of the order by a temporary restraining order or a writ of injunction or mandamus obtained through the attorney general.

Courts just screwed over the Gallaghers - some of the greatest Patriots in the state of Texas who have sacrificed tons in terms of reputation damage and loss of business in an increasingly hostile central Texas. I have donated.

If you don’t know Lori, she hosted an event recently in which the venue doubled the rental price at the last minute. Rather than increase ticket prices, she sold investment properties to cover the damage because she felt the event was important (it was).

I wouldn’t ask you to donate to something I wouldn’t support. Please prayerfully consider helping right the ship.
