“claim” in violation of the False Claims Act. Any post-certification alteration of a voting
system’s software or hardware without recertification would effectively create a different
(and uncertified) system distinct from the system originally considered and purchased by
a given customer."

A ground level look as Texas slowly turns blue, and how it is being done at the lowest level possible, the precinct.

The work of Taking Back Texas (takingbacktexas.org) shines a light on Tarrant County, Texas, and the shortcuts, violations of law, and lack of transparency for voters to have confidence in elections.

Note that the lack of sequential numbering of ballots began in 2018 - the year Tarrant flipped for U.S. Senate, and two years before it flipped at the Presidential level for the first time since 1964.

Critical work for those seeking to understand and apply to their own counties.
