We can't reconcile totals from polling locations, only by precinct and those totals are only compiled digitally. Nobody separates and recounts those ballots.

So now I have to watch Heider do his limited recount to see how he does it. He can't do it without opening all the bags. I need to watch him do that. I realized another way they are bullshitting us.
