- Opted us into the Community Polling Center program.
- Eliminated lawful ballot numbering practices.
- Installed an unlawful ballot numbering process.
- Eliminated the process of storing our county election records by precinct.
- Abandoned the printers used to prepare ballots, which are still in the Elections Office.
- Contracts out-of-state ballot printers to print and mail out ballots.
- Allowed County Judge Glen Whitley to help adjudicate ballots.
- Been appointed as the Secretary for the Texas Association of Elections Administrators. (Funded by HART and ES&S)
- Been promoted to the Treasurer of the Texas Association of Elections Administrators.
