I'm torn completely in half over how things have played out for myself and my country.

I was trained according to the Law, stating poll watchers must observe in their own precinct polling location. The community polling locations were a mystery as far as who observes them.
So I asked Heider if logic dictates that since I can vote anywhere in county, that I can also observe anywhere in county. He just shrugged and smiled. I'll take that as a Yes.

pull up the Phase 1 report on the SOS website Press releases for Dec.2021. scroll to page 4. I downloaded the precinct data on 11/18/2020. It's probably different today. I wonder why. it looks like Heider's audit submission was not complete. yet they published it anyway.
