I'm doing my best to explain this, but I am getting very little positive feedback, most is short and unclear if the issue has been relayed... and I would like to know if this is an issue to anyone else.

The ballots have to be pre-numbered. The Law ordains as much.

But our PVRs (receipts for ballots) are blank. Not numbered until the voter makes their choice. The machines are assigning them, and they are NOT regular numbers.
It's a data set. The digits, letters and dashes represent information on your vote.

Besides the clear concerns of voter privacy resulting from machines assigning numbers to our ballots *as* we vote, *after* we use a number given to us at check-in to pull up the electronic ballot...

It is MUCH more difficult to insert a fake ballot into a stack of pre-numbered, consecutive ballots the voter can recall than into a stack of erroneously numbered ballots that the voter cannot recall due to ignorance of the new system.

The point of the above featured Election Codes is for the voter, and only the voter, to know their ballot number, in case of a recount in which voters can actually verify their ballot was accurately tabulated, and to prevent fraudulent ballots from being inserted into precinct records.

Heider decided that the Law wasn't as secure as he wanted, and changed the ballot numbering system without informing voters. This may seem insignificant, but it is not. There is no longer a way for Tarrant County voters to verify their votes, although the Law prescribes a way.

The sentiment that there is NO WAY for a voter to check their ballot is as inaccurate as the misrepresentation of the ballot preservation laws, which do NOT state that we must wait 22 months to see the ballots, but that we have only 22 months to examine them before they are destroyed.

I can prove that not only are our ballots unlawful, but the community polling centers have thoroughly obfuscated our precinct records. We do not have complete precinct records stored according to Law. To pull one precinct's worth of records it would require a district judge to authorize us to open every community polling center ballot lockbox. A total mess.

Our elections are a total mess.

I'll add you to my email list.
Going to try and do a yt live. Never done one and I suck at videos. But I need to try and find someone who can help.
The only way to audit our elections is for the voter, and only the voter, to know their unique ballot number for said elections.

Texas Election Codes 52.062 and 62.009 are the Law for a very good reason. Keith Ingram, head of the Texas Secretary of State's Elections Department, does not have the authority to authorize the violation of State Election Law.

He cannot authorize the use of BLANK ballots, when the Law prescribes them to be pre-numbered.
⬆️ that's my opinion based on the messed up precinct records (ballots not sorted by precinct, but numbered at least I have learned. Still not intact.), lack of original paper ballots (we just have blank receipts, our original ballots are electronic) and finally the change in ballot numbering that no voters were made aware of, so none of us know how to use the new system. The ballots could be total bullshit. Lol we would never know.
Funny how they made sure we knew to vote anywhere in county, took out radio ads and everything.

But silent on the ballot numbering change. Heider assures me they are both lawful changes. Just didn't let us know about one. 👀
There is a very good reason we are not going thru the local DAs for Election related issues.

They are likely involved in the authorization of the violation of State Election Codes.

The Wisconsin Election Commission database is "a voting system where nobody can see what [they're] doing" with "no audit trail of who did what and when they did it."
