Had a very fun time at Tarrant County Elections giving Heider the third degree on our ballot numbering issues.

Now I know 1.) It was his recommendation

And also 2.) HART coded that capability into the machines, knowing full well that wasn't even close to adhering to even the SPIRIT of the Law.

So. Between an engineer/COO/CEO at HART, Heider and Keith Ingram, there is potentially criminality in the authorization to violate state election codes and introduce improper practice and undue influence into our elections.

Heider was having a public machine testing event this week so I went up today and spoke w him for a long time.

One of his workers, a little old black woman in a mask came and shook my hand and said into my ear she loved my passion and to keep going.

Heider and I just disagree on the fact that he needs to adhere to state election codes.

He cites the new election codes which defer to the SoS for how to deal with new issues created by the machines.

He doesn't agree that those changes to procedure need to be codified into law by the state legislature.

We will resume our debate after MLK Jr. Day.

So next Tuesday. He has a woman compiling several sets of data for my open records.

Hey Texans, friendly reminder that ESSR 1, 2, 3 School Funding packages were financial incentives to force our children to comply with BAD science, and even WORSE politics, in exchange for school funding, including but not limited to "retention" payments for teachers who won't quit but also won't work due to their alleged fear of catching COVID from our babies.

Demand your schools, charters and public, REFUSE the funding, which demands they detail a compliance plan and submit it for the funds.

Our charter was clever. They wanted the money, but not the mandates. So they submitted a plan detailing how they will detail a plan with the parents based on all available facts at the time as the virus is ever changing. Brilliant. Check.
