The staff and resources of the Republican Party of Texas may be made available to support the campaign efforts of Republican nominees in any way that is not in conflict with RPT Rules or SREC Bylaws. These resources may be made available in the same way to support the campaigns of Republican candidates in non-contested primaries and identifiable Republican candidates in non-partisan races where authorized by resolution of the SREC.

Section 3. Funds.
Funds shall be allocated for rental space and for personnel, as budgeted by the SREC. No Party funds or resources shall be used, either directly or indirectly, to influence intraparty contests. This restriction shall not preclude the Chairman of the Republican Party of Texas or his/her designee(s) from soliciting the support and involvement of elected officials and candidates for fundraising assistance for the benefit of the Republican Party of Texas, nor will it prohibit commendations for meritorious service, nor the Party publishing or promoting a resolution that was adopted by the SREC.

And also 2.) HART coded that capability into the machines, knowing full well that wasn't even close to adhering to even the SPIRIT of the Law.

So. Between an engineer/COO/CEO at HART, Heider and Keith Ingram, there is potentially criminality in the authorization to violate state election codes and introduce improper practice and undue influence into our elections.

Heider was having a public machine testing event this week so I went up today and spoke w him for a long time.

One of his workers, a little old black woman in a mask came and shook my hand and said into my ear she loved my passion and to keep going.

Heider and I just disagree on the fact that he needs to adhere to state election codes.

He cites the new election codes which defer to the SoS for how to deal with new issues created by the machines.

He doesn't agree that those changes to procedure need to be codified into law by the state legislature.

We will resume our debate after MLK Jr. Day.

So next Tuesday. He has a woman compiling several sets of data for my open records.
