"The State responds that relators have not
identified a justiciable interest and therefore lack standing; that the Secretary of State has no power
to enforce the two statutory provisions at issue, let alone a ministerial duty that could be compelled
by mandamus; that the Act is not unconstitutional; and that relators have delayed too long since
the Governor issued the proclamation to seek mandamus relief."
They should have cited direct election laws broken, and Article VI section 2c of the Texas Constitution. We have like the BEST one, idk why these fuckin clowns don't use it.
Abbott had way too much plausible deniability with COVID for this type of Writ to be successful at the time it was cast.
They didn't cite the real issues. Community Polling Centers. The memory sticks. The modems. They needed to be more specific.

⬆️⬆️⬆️ even tho this was a bullshit ruling, all around, the plaintiffs didn't show how their rights were being violated well enough for the timely filing issue to become null and void.

Iowa Is Defying Biden's OSHA Vaccine Mandate, Regardless of What SCOTUS Decides | Townhall
Iowa, one of 22 states with its own OSHA-approved plan that covers both private and government workers, submitted notice Friday that it will neither adopt nor enforce the vaccine mandate, which requires weekly testing and mask-wearing for all non-vaccinated employees.
THIS is how federalism is done!
The Des Moines Register reported:
“Iowa Labor Commissioner Rod Roberts said in a news release that the state has determined its existing standards ‘are at least as effective as the federal standard change.’
Iowa is among 21 states that have an individual state plan for workplace safety, which gives the state the option of writing its own workplace rules for public and private sector workers. But those rules can’t be weaker than what the federal Occupational Safety and Health Administration requires.
‘Iowa doesn’t have a standard requiring the COVID-19 vaccine or testing. But after closely reviewing the federal OSHA Vaccine Mandate, Iowa has determined it will not adopt the federal standard,’ Roberts said.”
These are the 22 states that that administer their own plans:

Arizona
California
Hawaii
Indiana
Iowa
Kentucky
Maryland
Michigan
Minnesota
Nevada
New Mexico
North Carolina

I’m almost home but this excerpt from Gen George Washington’s letter to his brother following a victory hit me so hard (from the audiobook “1776”) that I had to pull over and offer it to you all for consideration:
General George Washington had just used a ragtag band of underfed and unpaid Patriots to push the Might of the British Empire into the sea … they literally got in their boats and left…not knowing how weak and underfed and low on Ammo the Patriots were.
Washington wrote the following to his brother after the victory.
“To enumerate the particulars would fill a volume—many of my difficulties and distresses were of so peculiar a cast that in order to conceal them from the enemy, I was obliged to conceal them from my friends, indeed from my own Army.
…THEREFORE SUBJECTING MY CONDUCT TO INTERPRETATIONS UNFAVORABLE TO MY CHARACTER”
Read that again.
This is why it’s so important to seek God and let Him lead you into personal action
We may not always understand someone else’s actions…and maybe they can’t reveal their reasons just yet.
That doesn’t automatically mean they’re deep state.
Sometimes it does.
That’s why you ask God…
“Thy Word is a lamp to my feet”
Now do work …and read history
