She convened the INTERNATIONAL board of "academics" who designed our current BMD version of the DRE machines. She then retired it, but it popped back up in HART, ES&S, and other national systems immediately for use.

She has recently decided to retire. After we all found out what she did.
Dana Debeauvior and Phillip B. Stark designed the BMD version of rhe DREs we are using.

They made STAR Vote, then apparently sold it to multiple voting machine companies.

This is the system most of our counties use. A Ballot Marking Device with a Printed Vote Record and a Scanner/Tabulator where the votes are directly recorded onto a computer memory device.

The most frustrating part of this whole effort is having intelligent ppl look me DEAD in my soul to explain how the machines are reallocating the votes back by precinct when the ballots are not identifiable. They don't explain HOW it is happening.

Bc they don't know.

They just roll their eyes at me and explain that the machines are doing it. As if that's NOT the ENTIRE issue.

They don't even know what questions to ask, and they don't even seem to be aware of that fact.

What will you demand be addressed with a 4th special session in the TX Legislature when we get it?
I'm looking at:
- Amending SB1.
- Repealing TX Election Code 43.007. The whole thing.
- Strengthening legislation outlining the Attorney General's independent powers of investigation.
- Protections for Employees and Employers from unconstitutional and unscientific mandates.
- Hand-Marked, Hand-Counted Paper Ballot Elections.

"Are you FOR an independent investigation into the administration of our local elections?"

This simple question has outed MANY a RINO in Tarrant County, Texas.

If I were in charge of all elections, here are my positions. Your mileage may vary.

THE TEN POINTS TO TRUE ELECTION INTEGRITY

1) all voter rolls dumped and all legitimate voters re-registered with appropriate means of confirmation to eliminate illegal or double registering of voters.

2) ban on all electronic elections equipment. Poll books, voting machines, tabulators.

3) paper and pen/pencil balloting, granted only with valid ID.

4) mail balloting illegal with exception of overseas military, legitimately disabled with appropriate approval and supervision, or professionals unable to vote on Election Day (doctors, pilots, etc).

5) no early voting. MA has no issue not allowing it. They counter with more precincts.

6) precincts under 1,000 voters.

7) ballot harvesting illegal and punishable by a decade in prison.

8) Election Day as a state or national holiday. A populist compromise that will eliminate fraud through the means of having weeks or over a month to execute.

9) winners announced by midnight. Somehow FL and TX can tally 10mm+ votes 90 minutes after polls close but PA needs 4 days and CA 4 weeks.

10) ten year Prison terms for anyone caught restricting access for members of any party to observe election procedure (TCF center, etc.), ballot harvesting, repeat scanning ballots, or any other means of distorting an election.

I've been sending ppl info for months, they would only cover what was hot news at the time.

Now they want to watch Texas, but all they have to do is check their fucking emails from January of 2021 and they have nearly complete reports to give on the basics of Tarrant County, TX.
