2.) The Secretary of State's offices, local District Attorneys, Election Administrators, and the Court of Criminal Appeals, do LACK the AUTHORITY to circumvent Texas Election Codes passed by the legislature.
3.) Your county parties can return to paper ballots IMMEDIATELY for their primaries, just need the Executive Committee to get on board.
4.) The County Commissioners can cancel the contracts for the machines and ballot printers if need be, and return to hand-marked, hand-counted paper ballots for General Elections.
5.) Someone who has successfully obfuscated another nation's Elections should not be managing our elections here in America.
6.) Runbeck may have committed a ClassA or a Felony by printing, processing and accepting our BBM applications.
7.) But the Election Admins and Secretary of State's offices (Keith Ingram) told them to do it. Put them under contract.
8.) The Election Admins and Secretary of State's offices (Keith Ingram) ordered and approved the EV and ED ballots to be prepared by being numbered consecutively, beginning with the number one, per Texas Election Codes 52.062 and 62.009.
9.) This change, along with community polling centers, has thoroughly obfuscated our county's Election records. Demand the ballots by precinct in your county.
