Dr Christof Plothe: Escaping the Deadly Sugar Trap
An average American consumes 126 grams of sugar per day without realizing the poisonous effect it has on the human body...
In this interview with The New American, Dr Christof Plothe of the World Council for Health shares medical information on sugar’s acting as a highly harmful agent to the human organism and explains the mechanisms by which it contributes to the development of lethal conditions such as heart disease, diabetes, and dementia. The fact that sugar is eight times more addictive than cocaine exacerbates the problem, particularly for children and people with pre-existing health issues.
Christof says that the food industry is fully aware of the above, which explains the amount of sugar "hidden" in the overwhelming majority of foods sold at grocery stores.
There are ways to overcome a sugar addiction. One might want to start by cleaning the house of all sugar-containing foods and substituting sugar with healthy options, as well as implementing other practical advice given by Dr Plothe.

There are people who still believe in Q anon type stories that Trump is a super secret good guy here to rescue us from the Democratic pedophiles (pay no attention to the Republican pedos). Some of them are even willing to commit and/or support violence if it means stopping the Biden/Obama/Clinton faction of the American Predator Class, never realizing how the "lesser evil" they choose to support is part of the same machine.
These folks are adamant that they are "awake" and are counting the days until Trump comes back and the mass arrests and military tribunals take place.
Or,
There are people who hate Trump so much (with some good reason, and lots of propaganda) that they will continue to support the Biden/Obama/Clinton faction of the American Predator Class. Some of these folks are even willing to commit and/or support violence if it means "stopping Trump", never realizing how the "lesser evil" they choose to support is part of the same machine.
These folks are adamant that they are "woke" and fighting fascism. They count the days until Trump and his MAGA crew are arrested (and maybe executed).

For those of us who see past it all it can be difficult to live in this twisted reality. The pattern is repeated with different names and different political parties but the propaganda is the same.
The Technocrats want you divided and distracted so you are not Exiting from the slavery systems and Building the foundation for a better world that the coming 7 generations and beyond are counting on.
Don't fall for their lies and games. Stop playing and walk away. Join us as we build the next stage of a free humanity. It might sound lofty but the goal of my work and The Greater Reset and The Freedom Cell Network is nothing less than liberation of our planet.

I decided to try a new one out today doing my preparation for the webinar tomorrow! Rather then asking what I'm doing at specific increments, Super Productivity lets you choose the tasks you're working on and time them out.
