First, Twitter still censors and throttles certain accounts and topics.
2nd, there are numerous other actual free speech platforms like Odysee and even Bitchute (no, not Thiel-funded Rumble).
Shit, you can still post most content on FB & YT without being censored (obv it still happens but not always).
Not to mention websites are available to post whatever you like.
3rd, free speech still exists off the internet. Yes, I am aware that certain states are becoming tyrannical but even with that we can print out flyers and articles to share IRL with whoever we like.
The physical world still exists in case you haven't logged off in a while.
4th, Musk is not a champion of free speech. He is willing to censor when authoritarian governments ask, or if its something unflattering about him.
Not to mention this dude is promoting brain chips, merging with AI/ transhumanism, driverless vehicles, and has built his wealth off being a military industrial complex contractor.
Wake up. This dude is not your friend.

❤️ Decentralized Medicine In Pakistan @takebackourtech
Hey friends! I'm currently visiting my home country of Pakistan for the first time in 25 years since moving to the US.
Its been a fun trip spending time with family and attending wedding parties, but it wouldn't be a trip without experiencing something truly inspiring.
The residents of Pakistan, especially the ones in this neighborhood deal with many problems such as widespread job scarcity, lack of running water, electricity, and natural gas to cook food.
However ancient medicine technology and creative entrepreneurship are coming together to give the people here a glimmer of hope.
Thanks to the Hamdard Foundation, people in all areas of Pakistan get access to herbal medicine through these mobile dispensary units, all completely for free.
I'll be in Pakistan for a few more days recording videos to learn about the medicine and these programs. I will be publishing them sometime in January! Stay tuned.
I believe charitable programs like these will help move humanity through its darkest hour.
