Low-profile surgical loadout built for reconnaissance operations where mobility, speed, and independent casualty management matter.
Modular belt carries the immediate-fight medical layer: hemorrhage control, airway/respiration, chest trauma, IV/IO access, and essential surgical tools. Everything is tight, indexed, and reachable under darkness, gloves, and incoming fire.
The rucksack carries the deeper surgical capability—advanced trauma supplies, antibiotics/medications, additional airway equipment, burn and hypothermia management, packing materials, and extended-care modules.
Mission set: treat forward → stabilize under pressure → perform damage-control interventions when required → package → extract.

ear suggestion/review:
If you’re looking for a new chest rig, I highly recommend a split front, specifically the @shdweqpt version.
Key design points:
6x internal 5.56 pockets and 2x pistol mag sized elastic pockets.
7 columns of laser cut molle.
Various center closure options.
I built mine up with:
2x Cloutac medium large GP pouches (velcro lined for admin org stuff)
1x ATS tall GP pouch (fits a nalgene) 2 columns wide
1x mini direct action pouch
1x small patch panel from MSM
1x arbor arms MFP.
This allows me to fit 6-10 mags.
In the typical config I can fit 6 mags, 1L water, IFAK, and various navigation, radio, and either a pistol or binos.
It distributes the weight better than a typical front facing rig, avoiding back and headache.

(Not a serious product but was shown at SOF Week 2026)

Pro Tip: M1 Carbine mags easily fit a @haleystrategicofficial Micro rig with the SMG insert 👀
1: You asked. Here it is. Running the @auto_ordnance M1 Carbine SBR (mostly suppressed)
