The modular internal Checkmate™ and Loop Velcro organization system allows you to choose the internal organizer pouches, elastic loop widgets or Velcro One-Wraps to perfectly organize and secure your mission critical equipment. It has an outside center flat zipper pocket with tie down for small and or sensitive items.
Internally there are front and rear channels that allow for storage of flat items as well as hydration bladders. The top of the bag has 2 drink tube ports and the side carry handles allow you to grab it and displace immediately without having to fully repack the bag if you're under fire.

@olightworld sent me their Ostation battery charger in exchange for content (no exchange of funds) and this is what I came up with. It really does make charging batteries easy that even my wife and kids use it for their household items. As far as using it for “tactical” items, NiMH batteries do not leak like alkaline batteries do, so I would totally use them in ear pro, shot timers, or even PVS-14’s (for training then saving your lithium batteries for SHTF).

Slides 1,2, and 4: of what I thought I'd need, these are what made the most difference. In no order;
A 16" 5.56 gas gun of blue collar origins. Quality, consistency, known performance with a 1:8 @criterionbarrels . A 1-8 scope, like this newly released @arkenopticsusa , would be well suited in the terrain and with the requirements of the class. A larger more magnified scope would have been unwieldy and overkill leaving me at a disadvantage when up close while a red dot (for me) could have lessened my capabilities at mid-long distance. Like with anything; know your reticle and how magnification affects everything.
