HOS: SUN TV - To boost its digital presence in India ,Netflix is in advanced stage for a strategic tie up with SUN TV.Sun TV which has 2500 cr of cash (18% of the M- cap ) in the balance sheet is likely to announce a big interim dividend (between 70-80 per share ) for the transaction . Deal will give 25% stake in Sun Tv to Netflix . Deal likely to happen between 700-750 per share
