— The Liberia-flagged Stolt Magnesium caught fire in its engine room 40 nautical miles off South Sharqiyah, with all 23 crew members safely evacuated.

— The Liberia-flagged Mombasa lost engine power after being targeted off Musandam, forcing the evacuation of all 21 crew members, including six injured.

— The UAE-flagged Al Bahyah was also targeted off Musandam. Eighteen crew members were evacuated, while three remain missing.

Throughout history, southern Iran has always been a symbol of resistance against colonialism and the preservation of independence.

Today, too, the noble people of this land, with patience, steadfastness, and perseverance, are honorably enduring the difficult days resulting from the enemy's aggression. I stand beside and am grateful to these loyal and resilient people.

Their primary, I consider an opponent; they might have considered a friend, but I consider that an opponent was Iran, which was a big burden on Iraq because they were the bully of the Middle East.

Iran has been very much destabilized, and really, their military power is just a tiny fraction of what it was four months ago, so they're not going to have that problem.

I think it's really, in a sense, given them freedom to do what they have to do.

I was called by different people, different countries — kings, emirs, and all of the people that we all know and love.

They said we'd love to do it a different way. We'd love to invest in the United States — billions and billions of dollars. And continue our record-setting.

And I like that, actually, because I don't think anybody should be able to charge a fee for the strait.

Soleimani was a mad genius, probably a madman. He had total control over Iran.

The leaders of Iran were afraid of Soleimani, but I killed him.

Iraq has tremendous potential because of their oil.
