Through your attendance in the millions at the funeral procession for his pure body in holy Najaf and sacred Karbala, you proved that the authentic Iraqi people will remain committed to the path of resistance and will continue his jihadist course in confronting global arrogance.

From the land of the holy sites, we once again declare—and let the forces of evil hear it—that we remain steadfast and committed to the path of resistance.

Let the enemies know that the forces of the Axis of Truth are like one body, operating according to the jihadist principles laid down for us by our martyred leader. Hardships will not deter us; they will only strengthen our determination to continue our path of supporting the oppressed and expelling the occupiers from Iraq and the region.

Our weapons, carried proudly by the arms of our men in the battlefields, have never been a matter for bargaining. Rather, they are a creed and a covenant upon us, and a trust belonging to the awaited Imam, the Master of the Age—may God hasten his reappearance—and his devoted deputy.

With these weapons, we will continue forward to break the chains of domination and restrain the arrogant powers. It will be either a glorious victory that brings joy to the righteous, or martyrdom that joins us with the company of the prophets and the truthful.

Accordingly, we affirm to all, near and far, that we will not stop at the limits of what we have already achieved. Rather, with all the determination and strength granted to us, we will work to develop our military and security capabilities both quantitatively and qualitatively, and raise our level of readiness in proportion to the scale of the growing challenges and threats posed by the Zionist-American enemy.

We will know no peace, and our eyes will not close, until we dispel the illusions of the tyrants, safeguard dignity, and preserve sovereignty.
