China's Ministry of Commerce added 20 organizations, including the National Institute for Defense Studies, defense research centers, and units of Mitsubishi Electric and Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, to its export control list, banning transfers of Chinese dual-use goods to them.

A further 20 entities, including Mitsui E&S, Terra Drone, nuclear fuel processors, and units of OKI Electric Industry, were placed on a watch list subject to enhanced licensing reviews.

Beijing said exports involving Japanese military users or defense-related end uses will not be approved.

It is fully justified, legitimate, and lawful for China to take these measures, which aim at containing Japan's reckless moves of neo-militarism.

We hope Japan will turn back from the wrong path, correct its erroneous words and deeds, do serious soul-searching, and go back to the right track of peaceful development.

Since the start of the full-scale war, the Russian army has already set 15 different deadlines for capturing our Donetsk region.

Russia's political leadership remains obsessed with the Donbas. Fifteen times they have indulged this illusion that they would fully seize the Donbas.

In 2022, the deadlines were March 31, then May 9, then June 1, September 15, and December 31.

In 2023, Putin set two more deadlines for capturing the Donbas: March 1, and then, after failing once again, December 31.

In 2024, there were two more such deadlines.

In 2025, when the Russians were trying to convince President Trump that Ukraine would supposedly collapse, they set three final deadlines for capturing the Donetsk region: September 1, December 1, and December 25.

And this year, the Russians have once again postponed the date for capturing the Donetsk region. First, they set March 31 of this year, then September 1, and now the latest deadline is December 31.

If Russia does not end this war, they will once again have to postpone this latest deadline. If Putin wants to sacrifice another million of his soldiers to keep smashing against this wall, then the million Russians who have not yet been mobilized into the Russian army and are arguing in gas lines should think about what awaits them next.

We have already made every proposal to end this war, and Russia refuses every time.
