We have never considered deploying a force to reopen Strait of Hormuz. That has never been France's option.

There's a coup in Mali, and you no longer want France because you no longer want to fight terrorism? We're leaving. As we say in good French: "No offense."

Unfortunately, current events show that this was probably not the best decision the Malian coup leaders made for their country.

Africa is a continent that I no longer want France to look at as being a backyard where business leaders would have all the rights or all the contracts guaranteed to them because it was Francophone Africa, or where some considered that France gave a form of guarantee in being there to make or unmake governments.

Iran has been playing games with the United States, and the rest of the World, for 47 years (DELAY, DELAY, DELAY!), and then finally hit “pay dirt” when Barack Hussein Obama became President. He was not only good to them, he was great, actually going to their side, jettisoning Israel, and all other Allies, and giving Iran a major and very powerful new lease on life.

Hundreds of Billions of Dollars, and 1.7 Billion Dollars in green cash, flown into Tehran, was handed to them on a silver platter. Every Bank in D.C., Virginia, and Maryland was emptied out — It was so much money that when it arrived, the Iranian Thugs had no idea what to do with it. They had never seen money like this, and never will again. It was taken off the plane in suitcases and satchels, and the Iranians couldn’t believe their luck.

They finally found the greatest SUCKER of them all, in the form of a weak and stupid American President. He was a disaster as our “Leader,” but not as bad as Sleepy Joe Biden!

For 47 years the Iranians have been “tapping” us along, keeping us waiting, killing our people with their roadside bombs, destroying protests, and recently wiping out 42,000 innocent, unarmed protestors, and laughing at our now GREAT AGAIN Country. They will be laughing no longer!

I call on everyone to be calm and responsible. I think there is far too much verbal escalation, which always leads to physical escalation.

And the most vulnerable people on the planet are the first victims of it, but today we are all victims of what is happening.

Our fellow citizens in France also pay the price every day for this war that we did not want.

Throughout history, Iranians have stood not only against single invaders, but against powerful "pluses" and grand "legionnaires" and have always emerged with honor.

On a day like this in 53 BC, at the Battle of Carrhae, General Surena, with far fewer men and far more limited resources, crushed Rome's heavily armored legions in a masterful 'asymmetric' victory.

Crassus, one of the wealthiest and most powerful Romans was slain; the myth of Roman invincibility was shattered forever; and Rome's dream of eastward expansion died on the battlefield.

History repeats itself — for those who refuse to study it or respect its lessons.
