I met Vice President JD Vance today and shared details of the ongoing negotiation between the United States and Iran and the progress achieved so far.

I am grateful for their engagement and look forward to further and decisive progress in the coming days.

Peace is within our reach.

A part of the reason the helicopters took a limited amount of fire instead of overwhelming fire is that three minutes before they landed on that objective, 44 missiles landed simultaneously on 44 different targets powered by rocket motors, shot from different platforms and different systems across the Caribbean.

All timed to land exactly where they needed to land exactly three minutes before our warfighters got on that objective.

Today, the updated version of the Emergency Phase Booklet of the Iran Prosperity Project is being released.
The Iran Prosperity Project is the fifth component of our five-part strategy to reclaim and rebuild Iran. IPP presents the vision and the plan for the transition to democracy and the reconstruction of the country.

The Emergency Period Booklet focuses on the first six months, the country’s urgent needs, the crises anticipated during this period, as well as the solutions and opportunities, and has been prepared with the direct participation of dozens of experts. The draft of this booklet was presented in the summer of 2025.

In pursuit of maximum transparency and accountability, experts and the general public were invited to share their views with those involved in the project. The IPP team held hundreds of hours of discussions with specialists, reviewed thousands of submitted proposals, and has now presented the updated version.

I thank the leadership, executive team, authors, and advisors of the Iran Prosperity Project for taking this significant step. I also express my gratitude to all those who, in a sincere and constructive manner, offered their suggestions to improve the quality of this booklet.

For the first time in these past decades, a national project of this scale has been completed through broad public participation and within a transparent process. We will continue and apply this approach in the other phases of IPP and in future initiatives.

The Emergency Booklet outlines the general framework and programs that I support for administering the country in the day after the fall of the Islamic Republic during the first six months of the transitional period. My team and I are committed to these plans and stand ready, after bringing the Lion and Sun Revolution to victory and overthrowing the Islamic Republic, to assume responsibility for the nation’s affairs. Following that, we will guide the process of power transfer, the establishment of the transitional system, the restoration of security, the reconstruction of the country, and the transition to democracy until their completion.

As always, the support and trust of you, the great nation of Iran, have been and will remain my greatest asset.

If we withdraw from this territory like you said, for example Kramatorsk, Sloviansk, at this very moment 200,000 people who are there now will be occupied by Russians who say to Russians that these people are ready to be Russian people, and if they don’t, they will kill them or push them to the front or push them to prison.

They did the same steps in Luhansk, in Donetsk, in Crimea.

I’m not playing games with Putin. I’m ready to meet and I’m ready to speak.

But not in Russia and not Belarus, because they are allies during this war.

Belarus is a passive aggressor. They attacked us from the territory of Belarus.

For Americans, it’s difficult to understand the Russian mentality — when they lie and when they tell the truth.

I said once to Jared and to Steve, honestly, it’s more simple to recognize that they lie every time.

And it's simpler to speak with them if you know that they lie; you begin to manage an initiative in your hands.

I have a question: Why are elections in Ukraine so important for Russians and Americans — and not important for Ukrainians?

I don’t have too much free time. But I can live with it already.

I sleep with music. Only this way.

Some training, some exercises. If you have 15 minutes, good; 25 minutes, better; 40 minutes, great. I'm trying to do it four or five times a week — doesn't matter where.

I am not sure whether in five or ten years we will still have NATO in its current form.

We are simply no longer productive enough. Each individual may say, “I already do quite a lot.” And that may be true.

But when you return from China, ladies and gentlemen, you see things more clearly.

With work-life balance and a four-day week, long-term prosperity in our country cannot be maintained. We will simply have to do a bit more.

If we take action to combat climate change, our measures must meet certain conditions.

First, if we act alone, it will achieve nothing. Climate change is a global phenomenon; it is happening all over the world, not just in Germany.

We are a country of industrial companies, large, medium-sized, and small, and I want us to remain a country with strong industry.

I am not prepared to give up Germany as an industrial location just because we are pursuing an over-rotated environmental policy.

In the end, we may be climate-neutral—that may be so—but then we would no longer have a single industrial job left. That is not my answer.

When our children and grandchildren, at the age of twelve, spend an average of five and a half hours per day in front of a screen, I ask myself: when do they actually learn something in school? When do they develop social skills? When do they do sports? When do they make music?

What is happening there is simply too much, and we must find ways to get it under control.

The American government, and not only since Trump, has repeatedly told us:

We are not prepared to guarantee your security in the long term while you do business around the world with cheap Russian gas and attractive Chinese intermediate products.

What did you say? 60%? I don’t believe it!
