In the vision that I see before my eyes, we are creating an entire system — essentially a kind of alliance — around and within the Mediterranean, within the Middle East.

This includes India, Arab countries, African countries, and Mediterranean countries such as Greece and Cyprus, and also countries in Asia that I will not detail at the moment.

The intention is to create an axis of countries that see reality, the challenges, and the goals through one lens — opposite the radical axes, both the radical Shiite axis that we fight and have fought strongly against and also the radical Sunni axis.

I understand concerns about major military operations in the Middle East given past entanglements. However, the voices who counsel against getting entangled seem to ignore the consequences of letting evil go unchecked.

There is an opportunity to bring about historic change in Iran.

But it's increasingly clear to me that voices opposing entanglement and the risk associated with decisive action are getting louder. Time will tell as to how this plays out.

I have a lot of respect for President Trump. He is his own man. And as with all presidents, he will be held responsible for his decisions on such weighty matters. As to me, history will be very clear as to where I stood, for better or worse.

The last round of talks showed that U.S. ideas regarding the scope and mechanism of sanctions relief differ from Iran’s demands.

Both sides need to reach a logical timetable for lifting sanctions.

This roadmap must be reasonable and based on mutual interests.

Tehran could seriously consider a combination of exporting part of its highly enriched uranium stockpile, diluting the purity of its most highly enriched uranium, and the establishment of a regional enrichment consortium in exchange for the recognition of Iran's right to peaceful nuclear enrichment.

The negotiations continue and the possibility of reaching an interim agreement exists.

It will be a no thanks from here.

President Trump's idea of ​​sending an American hospital ship here to Greenland has been noted. But we have a public healthcare system where treatment is free for citizens. It is a conscious choice. And a fundamental part of our society.
