Adam Edelman, his first participation in the Games, describes himself as a Zionist to the core, quoting him, and who posted several messages on social media in support of the genocide in Gaza.

And he asked his followers to send support to Ward Fawarseh when this member of the Israeli team, who is present here in Cortina, was involved in a military operation in Gaza in 2023.

So it's reasonable to wonder about his presence in Cortina during these Games, since the IOC had stated that athletes who, and I quote, "actively supported the war at pro-war events, by being involved militarily or through their social media, were not eligible to participate."

That was for the Russian athletes, but some were allowed to compete under a neutral banner.
