Are they going to bring a Vietnam War, an Afghanistan War, an Iraq War, or a Libya War here to the Caribbean? These are reflections.

The policies of the current government of the U.S. are against what American society aspires to and what humanity aspires to.

Because humanity aspires to dialogue, diplomacy, peace, respect between the states, and respect between the peoples. We are within our law.

What is the goal of the current United States government? They have already said it: to seize all of Venezuela's oil, gold, rare earth elements, and other riches.

The American people have to ask themselves if they elected the current government to start military interventions again in Latin America, if it is ethical, if it is moral, and if it is Christian to do what they are doing.

I have seen some speculations on a second conversation — we have had one single conversation.

They can't accuse Venezuela of having mass destruction weapons, they can't accuse us of having nuclear rockets, of creating a nuclear weapon, of having chemical weapons.

They invented an accusation that the U.S. knows that is as false as that accusation of the destruction of mass weapons that took them to an eternal war (Iraq).

The U.S. knows that this is false. I think we have to put all that aside and start talking seriously, with data at hand.

If Iran shots and violently kills peaceful protesters, which is their custom, the United States of America will come to their rescue.

We are locked and loaded and ready to go.

With the statements by Israeli officials and Trump, what has been going on behind the scenes is now clear.

We distinguish between the stance of the protesting shopkeepers and the actions of disruptive actors, and Trump should know that U.S. interference in this internal matter would mean destabilizing the entire region and destroying America’s interests.

The American people should know — Trump started this adventurism. They should be mindful of their soldiers’ safety.
