The medevac jet, carrying a child patient, her mother, and four crew members, went down shortly after takeoff from Northeast Philadelphia Airport, the FAA said.

🇳🇱⚠️ Dutch police arrested a 29-year-old Syrian man on Saturday for the fatal stabbing of an 11-year-old girl in Nieuwegein.

The attack happened in public around 3 p.m., and despite medical efforts, the girl did not survive. Authorities apprehended the suspect nearby based on witness accounts but have not disclosed a motive or weapon details.

According to ANP, the suspect is Syrian, and the victim was heading to a playdate when she was attacked. A child of the same age witnessed the murder and alerted the police.
