Я делаю только одно осознанно - оцениваю время, ресурсы и делаю самые простые, этих действий у меня много, но оказалось еще есть триггеры для определения результата.
В общем делаю правильно, но не на 100%
Правила из видео должны помочь убрать мусорные (гениальные) идеи с низкой вероятностью системного результата.
Сопоставляем список задач и оцениваем их по параметрам из видео:
- оцениваем актуальность
- время на проверку (цена ошибки должна быль минимально приемлема)
- максимальный прогнозируемый результат (хотябы уверенность в результате)
- системность результата (эффект долгосрочен)
Нет проблем написать список задач, умение заключается в том чтобы выбирать наиболее прорывные.
