Technical Outlook:
The whole day nifty has shown weakness and traded in lower top lower bottom formation. But some pullback has been seen in the last one hours. Last week's nifty True trading range was 510 points, and now nifty has travelled almost 550 points in the first four days of the week. At the same time, weekly candlestick suggests bullish bias in the near term. So one can adopt the buy on dips strategy in the near term. According to pivot charts, the key support levels for the Nifty are placed at 18050, followed by 18010. If the index moves up, the key resistance levels to watch out for are 18307 and 18346.
