Ext-transient-output: новый Wayland-протокол для удалённого управления

Разработчик Wayland Саймон Сер (Simon Ser) запросил слияние для внедрения нового протокола ext-transient-output. Этот протокол предназначен для удаленного управления программным обеспечением, таким как серверы VNC, в среде Wayland.
Ext-transient-output аналогичен ext-transient-seat, но работает с Wayland-выходами (wl_output).
