Geoffrey Hinton, a pioneering AI scientist whose work on neural networks helped lay the foundations of modern AI and who shared the 2024 Nobel Prize in Physics, discusses AI’s potential to learn beyond human-written material.In an episode of Neil deGrasse Tyson's show, Hinton describes how AI could use its existing knowledge to identify contradictions and enhance its intelligence by creating synthetic data that does not contain these contradictions. Similarly to how AlphaGo improved its Go play by playing against itself, LLMs could learn independently of human knowledge. Hinton mentions that the Gemini team is working on this approach.

Эксплоит позволяет атаковать системы с PHP 8.4.10-8.4.26 в конфигурации по умолчанию. Ранее трудность определения раскладки памяти в модуле mod_php мешала реализации эксплоита, позволяющего добиться выполнения кода на реальных системах.
