Господа, которые пользуются apache2 self hosted/plesk/etc - пока не обновляйте свои apache2 из оф репозиториев + из ppa:ondrej/apache2 , т.к. на данный момент проблеме неделя и пока решением есть только downgrade версии apache2. Или же использовать Nginx+php-fpm
