🇬🇧 Why is an Egyptian temple rebuilt in Madrid in 1972 oriented toward the Vatican? And why is St. Peter's Square oriented toward Hagia Sophia? This perfect Madrid-Rome-Istanbul alignment is astonishing in itself, but these buildings also seem intentionally connected.

🇬🇧 From our archives:
Named by David Furlong, the Canterbury ley line offers a magnificent journey through the religious, civil and military power centres of the United Kingdom. It would be interesting to see what an AI recalculation would give for greater accuracy. However, the correspondences already found with Google Earth add extraordinary symbolism to Watkins’ ley lines, based on sighting lines and ancient trade routes.

🇬🇧 The M of Mary is a case where symplanicity meets sacred geography and popular iconography. The design of the Miraculous Medal, which originated from the Marian apparitions of 1830 in Paris, is reconstructed by the apparitions at La Salette (1846), Lourdes (1858), Pontmain (1871), and Pellevoisin (1876) to form the letter M on French territory. Viewable with mainstream mapping applications, the M of Mary was popularized around 2010 and has since become the focus of pilgrimages.
