We disagree with the narrative that the movement is mostly made up of ‘far-right extremists’.
We believe however that the ideology is deeply entrenched within the movement and for the most part, it has been ignored (or supported) by the ‘Freedom’ community and its leaders.
It has damaged our credibility as well as negatively impacted on our collective efforts as a community.

We will not be associating with anyone who subscribes to the following beliefs & ideologies:

Anti-government (ie: “We have to overthrow the government”)

We believe in lobbying the government.
We believe in people power.
We believe in coercing the government in a similar fashion to how they’ve coerced us.

But we also believe in a peaceful outcome and we will only ever support NVA initiatives.

We understand everyone’s feeling frustrated but we must remain calm and keep our wits about us.

It’s time we remind police of their code of conduct that they swore an oath to uphold.

Each member of the NSW Police Force is to act in a manner which:

a. places integrity above all,
b. upholds the rule of law,
c. preserves the rights and freedoms of individuals,
d. seeks to improve the quality of life by community involvement in policing,
e. strives for citizen and police personal satisfaction,
f. capitalises on the wealth of human resources,
g. makes efficient and economical use of public resources, and
h. ensures that authority is exercised responsibly.

Code of Conduct and Ethics
An employee of the NSW Police Force must:

1. behave honestly and in a way that upholds the values and the good reputation of the NSW Police Force whether on or off duty
2. act with care and diligence when on duty
3. know and comply with all policies, procedures and guidelines that relate to their duties
4. treat everyone with respect, courtesy and fairness
