Corona: June Update
SPR has published a comprehensive new update on recent medical and political developments concerning Covid-19. This is our final regular update on Covid-19.Most importantly, a new preprint study by leading Swiss immunologists shows that coronavirus blood antibody tests may detect at most 20% of all infections, as most people neutralize the virus with their mucosal or innate immune system, developing only mild or no symptoms.This means that Covid-19 is likely much more widespread than previously assumed, and its infection fatality rate (IFR) may drop well below 0.1% and thus into the range of a strong seasonal influenza, as already predicted by several epidemiological experts.In recent months, SPR has reached millions of people in close to 30 languages from around the globe. Why Covid “immunity passports” are bound to fail

Schweiz: Jahresübersterblichkeit nahe null
Die Schweiz befindet sich seit Woche 17 in einer relativen Untersterblichkeit. Die kumulierte Jahresübersterblichkeit dürfte bis Ende Juli voraussichtlich den Nullwert erreichen und damit unter den meisten Grippewellen der letzten zehn Jahre liegen (siehe Grafik unten).Der Grund für die vergleichsweise geringe Gesamtsterblichkeit ist der milde Grippewinter sowie das sehr hohe Medianalter der Corona-Todesfälle, das mit 84 Jahren über der Schweizer Lebenserwartung liegt. 50% bis 75% der Todesfälle erfolgten in Pflegeeinrichtungen.Der Schweizer Lockdown kam – wie in den meisten Ländern – erst nach der Infektionswelle von Mitte März und war aus epidemiologischer Sicht mithin wirkungslos oder – aufgrund der allgemein­medizinischen Unterversorgung – sogar kontraproduktiv.In den letzten Wochen wurde die Testaktivität in der risikoschwachen Allgemeinbevölkerung stark ausgeweitet und die Anzahl der positiven Tests damit leicht angehoben. Die Positivenrate liegt indes weiterhin bei unter einem Prozent und damit im Bereich der PCR-Falschpositivenrate.Im nordischen Vergleichsland Schweden, das der Corona-Pandemie ohne Lockdown und ohne Maskenpflicht begegnete, liegt die kumulierte Gesamtsterblichkeit derzeit 3.6% unter dem bevölkerungs­angepassten langjährigen Mittel und im Bereich einer mittleren Grippewelle.schweiz-todesfaelle-2010-2020_woche_25Schweiz: Kumulierte Gesamtsterblichkeit im Vergleich zum Erwartungswert, 2010 bis 2020 (BFS).

Propaganda in the War on Yugoslavia
The 2019 SPR analysis of key events during the 1990s Yugoslavia wars, including the Trnopolje “death camp” deception, the alleged Sarajevo “marketplace massacres”, the Srebrenica complex (25 years ago today), and the many deceptions leading to the “Kosovo war”.The report, based on original documents and videos of the time, is available in English and German and was covered on the frontpages of major newspapers in Serbia and Bosnia. The report is not, as some media claimed, based on information provided by Swiss intelligence.As with any other war, there is very little reason to trust traditional media reporting.
