Good day to everyone. Here’s my citrus press and setup I use everyday. The blue square is the magnet I place under my jar. The magnetic field will restructure the juice along with the triple spiral that I made out of copper wire. It is called a triskelion. The triskelion represents balance, harmony and continual motion indicative of the  flow of life and of the Earth in her seasons and cycles.
The knife is ceramic and doesn’t have a positive charge like a metal knife or stainless steel does. Which is also why I use a silver spoon to stir my juice. Because the juicer is stainless steel the silver spoon will realign the negative state of the juice. We are positively charge beings and we need to consume negatively charged food. It’s like two magnets coming together rather then being repelled by one another.
